Talent Attraction Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Talent Attraction Specialist for our internal Non-Clinical Healthcare and Behavioral Health sector! This position will be based out of the Greater Phoenix area and will be focused on recruiting for non-clinical healthcare and behavioral health positions. Interested candidates must sit in the Greater Phoenix area, as there will be instances where going in-office will be necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within business development, marketing, human resources and/or a similar field
- Must be proficient working within multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial screenings, including a high volume of phone correspondence, and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and hiring goals
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing regular updates, preparing them for client interviews, and supporting their transition into new roles
- Utilize and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate details, job orders, and placement metrics
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and that placements comply with local, state, and federal employment laws

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced enviornment and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
- Strong motivation skills and able to be goal-oriented and strive to grow and succeed

- Able to work within multiple software systems throughout the day
- Can meet KPI requirements as outlined by management
